Anyone who’s ever been married or went to a wedding knows what length’s couples will go to, to get that perfect and unique wedding photo that everyone oohs and awws over.
Well I came across one this morning that’s spectacular to say the least.
Two Iowa women got married recently and their wedding photo was taken at dusk, moments after their wedding dresses were doused with fuel and set on fire. They wore long satin gowns and it looks like they are at the alter saying their vows, holding hands with their heads touching each other’s.
Now I have to say this was not done frivolously. Both women are professional fire dancers and performers and have worked with fire for years. Most of their wedding party is in the industry including a pyrotechnics expert, two fire fighters, stunt professionals, fellow fire performers, as well as medics. They also wore protective clothing under the dresses as well.
There were plenty of cameras snapping away, as from the time the dresses were lit, they had about 12 seconds before the fire had to be put out, but the photo captured is incredible.
*Do not try this!*
