5 weeks away till Santa’s visit down the chimney and the pressure might be feeling a little more and more as we get closer to Dec 25th. Of course I’m talking about Christmas gift shopping. A challenge I’v observed with in us all is answering that question how much is enough for gifts? How does Santa deiced?
Use the 4 gift rule! 4 gifts one for each befit that the child needs!
Something they can experience. It’s difficult to remember a lot of the gifts you received as a kid. But, much like me I bet you’ll always remember the traditions you’ve had with your family. Being able to create a family tradition so that he or she can experience the joy of Christmas…now that’s a gift.
Something they will need. Toddlers grow like weeds! You’re always replacing is clothes and shoes.
Something they want: So, this is a hard decision. who wouldn’t love to give their kids everything he or she wants. Try to go for things that that keeps them busy but sparks their creativity, and practice fine motor skills. If you can find that..tell Santa to bring it!
Something they can read. Books that we can enjoy as they learn to read are on the list.
